Mr. Ellis, while still a 50% owner of Hydroblast, was providing business leads as well as estimate requests to Mr. Dickey, without the permission, consent, or knowledge of Hydroblast's other owner, Bryan Corns. Some of those forwarded leads by Mr. Ellis are below.
