AquaPro Pressure Cleaning LLC, Fishers, Indiana Sued For Use Of Copyrighted Materials

Jack Dickey III, of Fishers, Indiana, owner and CEO of AquaPro Pressure Cleaning LLC, and Stuart P. Ellis of Westfield, Indiana were sued in November 2009 in Hamilton County, Indiana. Prior to the lawsuit, Jack Dickey began circulating postcards for his business using photographs of work completed by Hydroblast Pressure Cleaning Inc.
