Prior to the lawsuit, Jack Dickey began circulating postcards for his business using photographs of work completed by Hydroblast Pressure Cleaning Inc. However, most homeowners never think about pressure washing their homes until they notice unsightly black mildew forming on the their gutters and overhangs.
